Battle Field Bad Company 2 issue?

Hey guys. Its been forever since i last posted here...

My BF BC2 is having a bit of an issue. I just bought it, installed all fine, plays perfectly.

only problem, on those mini skits/videos, there is no voices. there is music. occasionally i will get come sound (like when they cut the bridge in the beginning) but thats it.

what could be the problem?

Sounds like you aren't the only one having sound issues. Also try updating all your drivers on the computer; I've come to experience that just updating the GPU driver doesn't always work. Check for mobo driver updates, sound card, etc.

Nope hes not the only one,I also dont hear half of the in game sounds,I cant hear Mcom station Alert sirens,Cant hear when you shoot in a tank either...everything else though i can hear!

i havent sorted it out...

so there are others with this problem... good to hear (or rather bad)

meh, i finished BC2, kinda over it.

Started Crysis (finishing Warhead now) and i am peeved off with that even more...

things only pop up literally as im basically standing on them...

and distant mountains etc keep on flickering (but its not artifacting, im at 65*C max)

anything to fix that?

I cant wait for SB to come out. THen i can see if its worth to upgrae to it, or save by going i7 when prices drop because of SB...

my PC is getting old... Since 2004 (except GFX card) and i can play crysis on near full settings...
