Which one is "better" is subjective. CoD usually has more people online, though mainly these are on on consoles e.g. xBox/PS3
I imagine BF2 has far more PC users online
think its worth the 30 bucks for the hole collection?

you would be surprised. CoD4 still has a huge number of people online at any one time on PC, if anything probably more than are on consoles now that MW2 and BC2 is out. You are left with consoles moving on to the next big thing, and PC users will stay on it because of there still being lots of populated servers, as well as competative/clan gaming.
There are still alot of people playing BF2 though
I would say so, yes. Has given me quite a few hours of fun. I got it on offer but would get it again full price.
Talk to stonic sentinal too if you get it to sort out Project Reality, is a hell of alot of fun

That must be something to do with your pc then,not the game...ive never had any issues like that on MW2.

Thats silly man,if its faulty and still under warrenty then RMA it! you shouldnt have to put up with problems
Thats the first thing i done when my first 4890s fan started playing up,returned it and got a new card.

yeah but i dont like rmaing its a pain, is there a way HIS can tell if i oced it and broke it?

I have gotten away with it in the past but its a 50/50 deal I think. It depends on how far the card is gone and how it croaked. This is one reason I like eVGA / XFX as they allow OC in their warranties and to this day have yet to not to RMA due to a OC failure. Mind you my buddies are frying theirs as I myself never had to worry about it

Be prepared for the old school graphics if your going with bf2, but its far and away the best online shooter to this day. Also, project reality is great fun, especially if you get some mates on it aswell.

Get both(or buy a new gpu that comes with cod4 ) I like them both honestly. But, I would not bother with modern warfare 2 for online purposes(simply because of the lack of dedicated servers). When I play Bioshock 2 online, the whole game goes to hell if the host doesn't have a decent connection.
