Battlefield 2 Patching ?????

Ok I did have a clean copy of retail of Battlefield Version 1.0

And I was aware that to be able to play online with the majority of people I would need to patch it up-to-date. So I went to EA and downloaded the 523MB~!!!!!!!! Patch V1.41 and installed it.

No problem but when I loaded the game to the login page it says (down the bottom) 1.1.xxxx

Has it only patched it to 1.1 or is it not possible to patch 1.0 to 1.41 in one go?

Will I need to run the 1.41 patch again? It did say it was not incremental so I assumed it would do it for me in one go
 
You have patched up to 1.41 don't worry. BF2 does that all the time, it is the same with 2142. If you installed the 1.41 Patch and it said it was successful etc, it is fully installed!

There should be a few hundred servers on 1.41 anyways :)

Ok thanks.

Yeah I thought something was odd, cause before the patch there were no more than 20 servers, with the patch there is about 800+ so yeah I think it must be patched lol :)
