i use a program called Xoft, works really well for me. but i think it cost like 15 bucks, but download the trial and see how you like it.

a good place to see for free (legal) program is www.softpedia.com
Just lok for spywear, and it will show you tons of them. If you have to pay, their will be a price beside them, if not, then you can get it for free, and for sure it is legal....
