The original Just Cause apparently was pretty bad, but JC2 is much better.
 
Fallout 3 by a loooooooooong way.

I am currently on my 5th play through and am finding stuff that I didn't last time. Tied in with the mods you can getting adding a whole lot more original content, the game is just incredible for content and replayability

but I voted for Sleeping Dogs. Have my eye on that one, just haven't found a PS3 copy. All stores I've been to are sold out.

Edit: saw that JC2 has a weekend deal for 5euro! So I can buy 2 games, now I've to decide whats my second one... Which of these games has the most open world?

If you get goty edition, depending how fast you do it, maybe 15-20 hours, however with all the side quests and exploration, I am currently on about 21 hours played, done 3 quest chains, explored about a fifth of the map, done about a quarter of the main story quests and none of the dlc content, so pretty damn long if played thoroughly

And fo is completely open world

K, I'll go for fallout game of the year edition + JC2 + ....
I got 1 place over.
Fo has also some price off!
 
Arkham Asylum keeps you busy for a while, even after the main story is completed. I say get that one :)
