C++ help

hey guys. i'm a freshman taking up B.S. Information Technology. I'm a complete dumbass when it comes to C++ because from where I graduated high school, we never took up C++. and my teacher right now eventually thinks the whole class knows C++. I'm just wondering if you guys might be able to help. I've got a exam in two weeks. is there a site like C++ for dummies?
