Can someone help? WoW problem

So ive been trying to update my WoW account on this computer. I need to download patch 3.2.0 but whenever i try to. The downloader keeps crashing before it even finishes downloading. Anyone know what i can do?

It's been happening to me too recently. I thought it was on my end, since I upgraded to WOTLK yesterday, when the new patch came out. I ended up downloaded the patches manually from here.

I was also experiencing major lag issues after installing everything, apparently others were getting lag too, but I'm doing a reinstall now.
