Case Fan Set-up

I want to re-arrange my fan, right now this is my set up: 4x 80mm fan/front, 2x 80mm fan/side panel,(exhaust), 1x 60mm fan/back(exhaust). My PSU has 2 fan, 1x 80mm and 1x 120mm. The 120mm fan at the bottom of my PSU is blowing directly to my HSF(1" apart) which I think one way or the other is affecting my HSF(hot air from PSU), to make it short, my CPU gets hot quicker, would you suggest that I reverse the fan from the PSU, right now, what I did was tape the half of the 120mm fan, but still the hot air is there

Uh are you sure the PSU's fan is like that? Ive not seen a PSU do that.... ever

I think this is one mistake that the manucturer made, ived check it twice to make sure, and really that way, so im stuck with a PSU that blow warm air on my CPU, what can you suggest, i dont want ot return it for all the hassles and etc.

Flip the fan over (or weld it shut)
