depends on what stuff you have inside, i say for every build 550W, but then again it depends on how many hard drives etc you have to power.

If the case is a standard ATX case, then yes, you can use it for a new build.
If it's a case made from a manufacturer like Dell, HP, Compaq, etc., then you may have problems using it for a new build (incompatibility).

As far as power supplies are concerned, 500 watt or more is the norm. Look for an Antec, Seasonic, Coolermaster, Silverstone, FSP Group, Sparkle Power, or PC Power & Cooling.
These are the top manufacturers but some people have had good luck with other brands.

Its cheaper to buy one with a case, but the ones that are included with cases are usually very low quality. I would advice buying the power supply seperate from the case, as you can get the power supply you want then.

ok i want a new case is it cheaper to buy one with a PSU included or to buy them seperate

if you buy one included (i have done) they come with cheap not very good quaility PSUs, in the future i will be buying a good PSU, not one that is in a case. But i have a Shaw 550W PSU, my brother has got the same and his is over a year old and have no problems.

So depends if you want good quality.

The case you posed the link to does not include a power supply, so are you saying you want to know a good case with a clear side panel or what? Sorry if i dont quite understand what you are asking there.

he wants a good quality case with no PSU and then buy a good PSU.
yer i want to no a good case with clear side panle door

OK, the link above is good. By a PSU around 600 W or so.

i looked at this guys on youtube and he had a case that had a door to get to his motherboard and stuff and he had about 4 or 5 fans on the door for a good cooling

ok the thing i dont need for this new case are:
CD rom
hard drive (but will upgrade)

things i need are:
Mother board
CPU Biggest posible for my budget
PSU 750w
Good cooling fan or fans
Neon lights
and lots more

It's cheaper to buy a case with a PSU included, but cheap is exactly what you'll get.
You'll be better off buying a case like this one:

^ FTW. Excellent airflow and absolutely beautiful to look at. The stock images really don't do it justice - try Googling some images and see what you find if you're interested. Won't provide the airflow of an Antec, but if you know what you're doing cooling-wise, it's not a problem.

if you plan on biulding a new machine then logic dictates you need a new case

Heh...Vulcan...
