I think you're forgetting to count the software and the Windows XP Pro. With service packs.
Who saiid the monitor was $600?
$825 with $600 without.
You cant buy a computer anywhere with 9 games preloaded.
Yes you can build your own. Does it come with Technical support?
Does it come with a 2 year Hardware warranty?
Dell offers Computers for $489 with no agp slots.
Do Dells come with games preloaded?
Do they come with XP pro? no it comes with XP Home.

well if you wait til the day after thanks giving you can get like 3 comps for that price at best buy... if you're not going to host yahoo.com or do extreme video editing your mad hardcore gaming the'll work for you... it's a nice system throw in a kick ass graphics card and add a little more ram it'd be badass...

you cant get 3 computers anywhere for $600. I dont care where its from. if you do it will be in the MHZ not the GHZ you will get what you pay for.
