my connection goes very very slow and comes to a stop after 35-40mins but doesnt discconect then when i disable the conection and recconnect it is back up to speed. I am running windows xp x64 and I am using blueyonder in the uk. Does anyone have any ideas of what may be causing it?

I don't have any 64 bit drivers installed, and don't think that there are any for my modem (Motorola SB5100 SURFboard)

After contacting the Motorola helpdesk, they replied;

"Is the modem connected through ethernet or usb?
Unfortunately, there are no usb drivers that are compatible with Windows XP
64-bit and there are no plans to create drivers that are compatible with this
operating system.

I do apologize for the inconvenience and I hope you have a pleasant day."

Not much help, I know. The modem is connected through an ethernet lead.
Do I need to get a new modem, or is this a problem with my ISP. I contacted them a while back and they blamed it on me using Azureus and maxing out my Upload/Download bandwidth limits, but even if i dont use Azureus my connection goes dead after around 37 mins. I can't figure out what is wrong with it. Does anyone else have a clue?
