Cooling Issues

Hey,
I just bought a CM Storm Trooper to help fit my graphics card and keep it cooler, it didnt fit much in my old case. In my basement it runs 20°C cooler than in my room. I know that my basement is cooler but the full tower case should be keeping it cool. I have 2 fans in front for intake, 2 side of intake, 1 bottom for intake(case sits on a wooden piece), 1 top for outtake, and 1 back for outtake. Now my room isnt hot at all i cant see why it gets this hot. My GTX 570 idles at 60°C and when in basement 30°. Processor is cooler slightly as well. I ran out of ideas and I want other thoughts.
Thanks

You need more fans on the exhaust rather than all the ones for intake. Its about getting the hot air out, rather than pushing cool air in.

60oC on idle is way too hot. Consider replacing the thermal paste (easy to do) and switch some fans from intake to exhaust.
