Cant wait, my pc runs bioshock maxed out like a dream, cant wait to see the demo of Crysis :D
*DX9 mode*

As for Crysis, I can't wait for the demo to come out either. I can see this being exactly like Far Cry though, just better graphics..

the differences between dx9 and dx10 are in-freaking-credible. the opening sequence of bioshock with the lighter on the plane... the lighting effects were nuts. saw a comparison screenshot of the dx9 and dx10 versions, night and day.

Sweet....I am maxing this, if you can run Bioshock on high on that x800, I must have been busting it open... I didn't get my FPS though...

Maybe the 640MB but I think I will run out of Vram before I get it that high.

640 doesn't help in any games out right now. Seriously theres like zero difference between the two. Whether Crysis will change that I don't know.. But new news from Crytek says Crysis will be able to scale back to play on 4 year old rigs.. That's some awesome coding if you ask me. I really don't think you should be all that concerned! :)

Intelcrazy; Lol, I hope it doesn't suck for your sake.. First Bioshock And now Crysis?! All that fancy hardware would've been for naught... :P

November 13th Release date, I just tried to pre-order it and the guy at the place, which is locally owned and kicks Gamestop's butt. Anyway, he said pre-order about October 20th, and there is really nothing offered with it extra, stuff that you can find on Youtube, directors commentary, interviews, blah blah blah.... There is a bonus vehicle and a poster, OMG, I need that so much:rolleyes:

As for Dilbert, isn't there a way to use TurboCache or share some system RAM for your gfx card? I would try that and see if it increases performance in these games, it might but then again it might decrease your processing power due to increased access time. There is a fine line between processing and memory, all games have their good ratio for that...

Oh....haha....Just thought of something else.... Halo 3 is released on Sept 25th, so what are they up to?
