Crysis troubles

Well I installed the demo, and it gave me an error saying I needed some windows update. I thought it was rubbish, so I ignored it. The game didn't start up, so I went back and installed the update. It still didnt work so I updated to the beta 169.01 Nvidia drivers. It's still not working, and I can't uninstall it because it seems to have really screwed up permission properties and I can't do anything to the folder.

Help?:o

Well this whole experience has me turned off the game. I am now changing the permission rights on each inidividual file so I can delete this damn game off my computer. And I was so excited for this game too:mad:

That game is a resource monster. I have a fairly decent system, and I can barely run it at medium settings. If you don't have a system with at least dual cores and 640 of video ram, don't bother even trying to run it

I ran it just fine...

Shader level and Post processing are killers. I keep them off (regrettably with shader level) and I can turn a couple settings high, but I have to keep most medium.

It's an awesome demo, but it's feels too much like a prettier farcry, you're not missing much, speedyink.

i downloaded the demo on vista 64bit and it told me i had to update windows with some patch so i did and it runs fine with everything set to high settings on my pc, its awesome.
