CS source Frame rates

Hi, Currently with Cs I am getting 60FPS never more never less.
I am wondering should I be getting higher with my current system? (sig) everything is set on max but i still thing i should be getting more.

Is there a limiter setting in the console in regards to FPS that may be on by default.
