Curious overclocking issue

Just went to overclock my CPU (Athlon 64 3200+ venice). Knocked the FSB up a smidgen and rebooted. Computer gets into windows and everything just fine but once there keyboard and mouse aint working.

Set everything back to normal and keyboard and mouse are fine......any ideas on that one?

I think this is a sign of instability
Mine goes like this
whenever I go above 146 the sound doesn't work
if I go 145 it works well
