Dead Pixel?

How can i get rid of it? i got just 1, but i dont want it there man. its flipping annoying.

there is nothing you can do about it, they can not be fixed

Check your manufacturer's warranty and see what their dead pixel policy is. I can return mine if I have 8 or more dead pixels, fortunately I have no dead pixels on my 19" Hyundai.

At work, i get them every now and then. Lcds screens... Anyway i give it a slit flick with the finger, and it goes away.

Note the difference between a dead pixel and a stuck pixel. A dead pixel is a black dot on the screen. There's nothing you can do about it. A stuck pixel is some other colour, like red, blue or green. Here's one way to try to fix it:

Be warned, it can actually make the problem worse. There's a also a small video file available, that rapidly changes the colour on the screen, and is suppossed fix stuck pixels.
