Do I need a new PSU for my Dell E520 & ATI HD 5670?

so im planning to insert a ATI HD 5670 according to amd it requires 420w
my current system is a DELL Dimension E520 which has a 305w

1) DO I NEED TO UPGRADE MY PSU?

2) If so please recommend some psu to buy for about £35

apparently what ive learned from googling is that i need a atx12v?? this one looks good?

The corsair you linked to will work fine. However, if you can spend more money, I would get the corsair 500 watt builder series.

Just to clarify a few things for the OP: when the manufacturer recommends a certain wattage, that's for an entire system plus that card, not that much by itself. People can get confused here.

That said the 5670 might be fine on the stock PSU, but it's a good idea to get a better power supply for future upgrades.
