I am looking for a website where I can publish the applications made by me. For free.
Can you help me?
 
You could try giveawayoftheday.com too. You would get plenty of feedback over there, although it is designed for those that want to eventually sell their stuff.
 
There are thousands of download sites you can submit your application to. Setup a PAD file (portable application description). You can find the details here: http://pad.asp-software.org/

Also, if you are looking for other marketing channels consider attending the Software Industry Conference http://www.sic.org its a conference in July this year it is in Dallas and it is designed to help ISVs and software marketers to market their software.

Though download portals are good option but i would suggest you to just use ay free cms and create a site that would give added value.
 
versiontracker.com is another one

Sourceforge is probably one of the largest open source sites though
 
There are literally hundreds of download sites you can post your software to. First you need to create a PAD file. Then simply submit the PAD file to the download sites.
