dual screen settings?

How do I adjust the dual screen extended desktop settings? When I go into a game, my second screen useless for some reason (well, I dont know how to get the mouse over there). Also, can I switch which the screen the game comes on?

Hey, i run a dual monitor setup and as far as i know all game's will load on the monitor thats set as number 1 (the one with the start menu) by default. This will render the second monitor useless while in gameplay.. some games you can still move the mouse into the second screen but you cant click on anything unless the game is stopped or minimised (command and conquer generals is one example of a game where you can do this).
