Hi all! This is my first post and such.

Anywho, I've got a problem.. I completely stripped my laptop, because the LCD wasn't working, and had a huge crack in it. Put the computer all back together again, leaving out the LCD this time.. It boots, and I can hear the Windows loading noise, BUT, I have no clue how to get it to display on my external monitor. Any ideas on how to force it to do this?
 
On every laptop I've seen, you can press the Function button and some other key. For example, it's Fn and F5 on my laptop(Fn being the function key, of course :P)
 
Hm, okay. Thanks! I'll try with the function button, and if that doesn't work, looks like I'm going to have to try to.. Screenlessly change options in the bios. Oh.. Joy..
 
Bios screenshots! Or something like that. Actually, I've managed to load up the Ubuntu Live CD and that's working, so, it's just Windows being phooey. Was going to replace it with Gentoo anywho, so, I'm good! Thanks for your help, everyone!
