i recently built a computer for a friend and we got into the bios and everything was recognized, 2 gb G skil ram, WD raptor, e6600, the motherboard is the new EVGA 680i sli edition. as i was saying we got it to post, and then called it a night, today i went over his house to install windows, we got through windows, through the point where you have to make the name of the computer and make sure the time is right and stuff. after that i guess it attempted to restart but i got an error 7F. which read, post error. i have no idea what happened. please give me any help you can.
i tried clearing the cmos jumper and that didnt work and i tried to install a different hard drive to see if it owuld post maybe somehow the hd got messed up but that didnt work either.

hmm, Re-install Windows onto the first hdd to tried. Do a Clean Install. It looks like you have restarted the comp during a critical installation of files.
