first time problem the pc will not power on at all

amd 64 2800
2gb ram
raptor hd
500 watt psu
turned it off one day and then the next it does not wanna start at all try a diffrent psu and it still didn't work tryed diff video card same thing i think its the motherbored probelly got pinched with to much power and got messed up i don know relly first time i had this problem i spent time testing it and it won't work so i think its th motherboard if u have a soulution please feel free thanks

You could have shorted out the mobo somehow on that first boot. Did you drop any screws or anything into the mobo the first boot? (Friend did that once, board never worked again)
