GA-8IK1100 can be overclocked?

i have GA-8IK1100 (Rev 1.x) and i wonder if i can overclock my cpu with it. i have a 3.0 but would like to make it 3.6

There's no set limit really...it depends on a wide number of variables...for example, temperature of CPU (depends on thermal paste, cooler, etc), motherboard, revision of BIOS on motherboard, RAM, graphics card, PSU, etc...

That being said...

I have seen this model processor be OC'ed to 3.85ghz...but I'm sure the average is alot lower than that...I'd probably say 3.3ghz- 3.6ghz....once again keep in mind that those aren't strict guidelines.....
