Getting a X2

Hey guys i have a 939 sempron (see sig) and i was waiting until they had an Athlon X2 3800+ on newegg and they finally do, but is es OEM. Im still buying it but i need suggestions for a cpu cooler, would my original sempron cooler be enough?? still id be better off buying a more appropiate one. So i was looking at some of them, here are the two things:

Also, will i need any grease? is it a must?

don't get the cnps7000...I'm not too satisfied with mine.

Zalman coolers are fantastic. They look nice, but are somewhat big and expensive.
