Good CPU cooler?

Ok, I'm going with the Q6600 CPU, and I'm looking to OC it, what would be a good fan to purchase with a budget of about $45.

I always like the Arctic Cooling Freezer CPUs, I chose the Freezer 7 for my Q9450.

i have a Scythe Mine Rev-B, its a good cooler, keep my cpu down to 30c on idle and about 36c under full load.

This is the cpu cooler i sware by, its the same one i have except i have the kingwin rebadged version(Newegg was out of stock on the xigmatek) of it. Its an amazing little cooler for $37 and keeps right up with the TRUE, if you lap the base of it, it even gets better. Stock performance on it i get 59c load on the hot cores and 49c on the cooler cores @ 3.7ghz, small fft's. Idles @ 43 Hot cores, 33 Cool cores(thats about 6 above ambient too). And being a rifle bearing its pretty quiet, and should last awhile.Another thing i would recommend getting for it is the bolt through mounting kit for it, it keeps it on there a little snugger than the intel style pushpins.
