good free host

Hey guys, I found this free hosting site (won't put URL, not advertising for them ) that offers 250mb of storage, 10gig bandwith, unlimited emails, all for free. Would that be a good host?

nope, no ads, banners or popups.

Looks good. Just make sure it doesn't have any pop-unders or upload size limits and such.
