grapics problem on tdu

i just recently acquired test drive unlimited im running a 7600 gs 256mb and it runs all funny the graphics are weird they cut out ive adjusted everything to the lowest detail ne ideas
 
It runs decent on my system, I have an X1300PRO. That game has some serious compatibility bugs, that game blows. Explain what is wrong. Anyway, I ordered the game, played it for about a week, later I tried out the online and the connection is so "iffy" it's not even funny.
