GTA SA Steam Error on Windows 8

Its just a graphical issue thats interesting. When I run Grand Theft Auto San Andreas on Steam on Windows 8, sometimes the people walking arounds graphics warp, their arms connect to their feet, etc, they get holes all over their body and just look weird... what would cause this? It sounds really random and stupid but its annoying!

GTA:SA has always had major graphic bugs... I would suggest running it in compatibility with winXP and see if it works better.

Right click on .exe> Properties> Compatibility > XP SP2 or SP3.

Change it back to normal if it doesn't change anything.

I had issues with old games in Windows 7 graphically. Try turning off Aero and set the theme to a basic Windows theme then run the game. Otherwise try Compatibility mode if that doesn't work.
