I recently purchased and installed a cable networking router. I can only acess the internet from one computer... which happens to be the one that had the internet connection before the network... the other computer is connected to router but i dont think its getting to the internet. I think it might be the network adapter on the computer that isnt getting to the internet because when i built the comp it had problems plus some of the motherboard drivers (this is a built in LAN on MB) were not compatible with windows. Im thinking it didnt install correctly but would that still allow me to access the router on it and not the internet... Help pleas!!!!!! By the way I am running everything with a Dynamic IP and DHCP server is enabled and I power cycled the whole network after installing.
Also I purchased a 15$ NIC to install in the computer that isnt connected and It will now allow me to bridge the connection when i go through the network wizard when it previously wouldnt bridge. It still isnt connected although it says its connected.... help please!!!!!!
