HDD coolers

Can someone recommend me a good HDD cooler. Right now my HDD is idling at around 46c. Looking to spend around 15 bucks.

I dont have a slot for a 120mm fan on the front of my case. The weird thing is my 80mm front fan is blowing air right on it, but it still seems to get pretty hot.

Does anyone know if there are there any good ways of punching some holes into the metal to accommodate a larger fan on the front of my case (i have a cooler master centurion 5 case).

Btw check out Hmonitor, it seems to do a decent job of displaying temps.
