Nevermind, your on XP? thats a different Error than i was getting. Did you try reinstall?

I'm not sure this is the problem, but Punkbuster will give you errors if it's not up to date. Try updating it via it's console.

I'm not sure with this game, But you can just open up punkbuster, it should bring you to a console. You can download Punkbuster clients for different games and update here as well. I haven't done it in a long time , but I figured it out. Do some looking around and I'm sure you will too.
