Help! Can't get to web pages

I have two computers on a network conected thru a Netgear hub, both computers are running Windows XP and I have SBC DSL for my ISP. The computer that the modem is connected to can get to any web page, but the other can only get to some web pages. When it does load a page its very fast. Any idea on what the problem could be.

Did you install and configure the Internet Connection Sharing Service? You need to, go to Start, Help, and look up ICS..

It might be because you set your IE to offline mode, Go to File and click on "Work Online". If it says "Work Offline" then I dunno check your Norton anti-virus(Or whatever you have) and disable the firewall.

Do you have an overly paranoid firewall?
