I builded a pc aand im using a gigabyte board,

This Board GIGABYTE

This CPU

And this GPU

Everything was setup, but when i turn the PC on, the fan/heatsink is run, but no picture is showing. any idea?

Check the 12v cpu feed and make sure that is in. If it is try unpluging it and then very lightly pushing it back in until the retainer clicks. That happened once while swapping supplies which saw a loose contact inside the 12v plug itself. http://www.computerforum.com/80790-bad-board-simply-need-replug.html

Recheck the wires coming in from the front panel to make sure none of those are reversed or simply on the wrong pins. Those would be for power, reset, power and hard drive leds there. Some boards lacks a colored code on the board itself.

The worst is finding out that the board will need to be returned for exchange or substitution with a different model or make and model. Bad caps or some other defect being the problem are not so uncommon.

That small block of pins were the front harness wires go to can be a pain at times especially where there are no colored areas to designate which is what. You have to look real close at the diagram in the user manual that comes along with a board for those. A loose contact in the 12v cpu feed or with any other power connector can fool anyone fast there!

Once you have run into problems like this a few times you'll then develop a knack for double checking yourself fast. You'll have those times when you will say: "I didn't forget that again did I?". :P
