help needed please

Can somone tell how to stop all this crap emails i get everyday,From america.Every single day i have 30/40 emails offering me things.I ahve eon things it all crap.How do i stop it. In one it said to unsucribe to this press this.Enter your email.So i did i pressed it the day after i had even more.How do i stop this please!!!!

If you dont want that then get thunderbird and whenever you get one of these emails you dont want right click on it and click This is Junk and it will stop more. Do this alot and it will stop almost all of them.

I am on bt yahoo.Is that what you mean?
 
So you have yahoo mail?
I have thought of an easier way to explain it.
What do you do when you want to check your emails?
Do you click on outlook express or do you go to a website like yahoo.com?
 
Never click the unsubscribe button to them, unless its from a well known company that you have no more interest in. By clicking it, they know the account is active and will send more emails.

I know now i just delete them all.Without reading them.But they still keep coming day after day.
 
Ah ok so you use yahoo mail.

If you want to stop almost of of these emails it might take a while.
When you log onto Yahoo mail to check your mail you will see that there are boxes to the left of every email that you can tick. Whenever you get any emails that you dont want tick the box that is next to the email and then Click the spam button. Do this for any emails that you dont want like the ones from america. It will take a while but after a while you will get less of these emails. Keep ticking the box and pressing spam everytime you get one and you might be able to make it so you only get like 2 or 3 a day but always rememeber to tick the box next to them and then press spam.
