I did download a P2P sharing software. After removing the program from my computer, I have a trouble with my I.E. browser. It's extremely slow(not because of internet speed) or sometimes it would froze on me. Also once I opened it I have a messge ( I guess it is from OS) saying that "the server was too busy.... " and gave me choices like "switch" or "retry". I'm running Windows XP Profeesional. I tried to uninstall and re-install IE as well. It did not work.
