help please

hey i have been trying to install this game i got off of the internet
i downloaded it ( zip file )
i opened it up
then it looked like it was working till halfway through the loading scroller thing, this thing popped up

The ordinal 31189 could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll

anyone know what this is?
and can you tell me what i can go about doing fixing this so i can play this dope game?

Could you please provide more specifics on what game this is? And were it was that you download it?

The first thing right off you can try is downloading another copy of it. You either have an incomplete zip or a corrupted download. When downloading free games and free utilities alike something like this is common.
