help WOW performance

im currently playing world of warcraft, my fps is fine some times, but then terrible in large open places, i currently have a intel celeron D 3 gh's, 2 512's no more extra slots, and a geforce 7300 Gt, what could i upgrade to help it run better?

both the processor and video card are pretty low end, I would consider upgrading either one of them.
