HIS HD 6770 power requirements

Hi, I want to buy a HIS Radeon HD 6770 1GB 128-bit gpu, but the power requirement on it says its 450 watt. I have a CORSAIR Builder Series CX430 V2 PSU. Will this be sufficient? The rest of my specs are:

ok thanks! i did all the calculations that the sticky on this forum said and i had 50 watts or so to spare so i think ill be fine, but i wont try any overclocking or anything just to be safe.
