first off id like to say this is an incredible game, very underrated IMO

but i have a small problem with the camera... the camera jerks whenever i move it around with my mouse. this is the only game that does it, everything else runs smooth. i run it on highest settings and get good FPS with no jerks when im walking, but anytime i move the camera around it just feels very jerky and clunky. i put all settings to low, same thing. i have the latest patch installed... anyone know what could be causing this?
 
Had a look on another forum, they have the same sorta thread ova at NV news. One of them fixed this by...

Try setting the "number of frames to render ahead" to "0".
