I'm sure others as well as myself have no idea what your asking by "decoding a joypad".

Do you mean figure out a way to make a program and decode the joypad so you knowhow to program it? Or are you asking how to uninstall it?

I think he is asking how to make his joypad fully compatible with current games.Just like video decoding.
