How do I replace the hardrive in the sony somputer to a bigger harddrive?

can some one please tell step by step about how to replayce my 60GB Ultra ATA/100 in my sony PCV-RX550 computer to a Maxtor 200GB 7200RPM IDE Hard Drive.

if u know a site that have instructions on how to do it. please post the site.
