How to cut hole in my case.

I have a problem. My northbridge/southbridge temps are a little high (around 40-45 idle). My specs are in the sig, and I have the TT Armor. I also have an icage for it (allows me to put dual 120mm fans in the front like the Antec 900) and I have replaced both fans with 90CFM AeroCool fans. None of this has really helped much; what I need is a fan in my side panel.

I have an 80mm fan (superloud, but it moves a LOT of air) hanging in my case right now blowing directly on the mobo...it works, but it's extremely ghetto. I want to drill a hole in my side panel, so it actually looks half way decent. My problem is that i have two things i need to cut through, the window, and the side panel itself.

What should I use to cut through? What about something like this?

Yeah a hole saw should work as long as it's for metal/plastic and not wood. Easier though would be using a jigsaw. That's for the side panel, I guess you could also use the hole saw for the window... Why do you need to cut a hole through the panel and the window?

I need to cut through both because of where the fan needs to be located. I'll be cutting through a little metal, and a little window.
