how to find high quality audio

hey im brand new to the forum so hope this is right section

i have a triton ax360 headset (6 speakers, 2 subs) its 5.1 surround with fiber optic connection. i was wondering where i can find high quality copies of music to really get some nice sound out of them, ive found a few of my favorite bands songs in FLAC format (rather than the regular mp3 format which loses quality cause of compression.

basically id like somewhere i can find compressionless/ high quality songs.
 
More and more bands are offering their music directly in FLAC format, but AAC is very balanced and offers high quality with minimal loss. Other than that you can buy CD's. That's high quality.
