no, if you notice there is only one pin in the 3-pin connector, and a molex. I read you cannot control the power on those, unless the fan controllers monitor voltage. Do they, and could i control it with one pin on the 3-pin by monitoring voltage?
That fan uses up so much power that it might damage your motherboard, that's why it only uses molex. You can try getting a molex-to-3-pin adapter, then hook it up to a fan controller.
From what I see in the pics the controller uses molex connectors to control speeds. Also in the newegg reviews there is a post from a guy who is using this controller to speed up/down his vantec tornados.
