HP dv6000 or Dell e1505?

Which one do you guys think is better? They both have the new Core 2 Duo so that is a plus. Does HP have good coupons like Dell?

I dont think HP will offer coupons like dell. and iwould recommand HP but price wise dell r the best. i use to own a dell laptop, but its built quality was poor. altough the performance was great..:)
 
I am thinking of buying the HP because it also comes with a built in microphone which is useful. Their price is high, so my question is, if I order the laptop with basic parts, then order the parts I want from newegg and place them inside the laptop, then will my warranty be void?
