I have two Graphics Cards at the moment, and i wanted to know which one is best.

The two cards i have are a

Ati Radeon 9250 AGP 128mb ram

Nvidia GeForce 4 mx440 AGP 62mb ram

i know they are really ancient cards but i can play some of the latest games, just wanted to know which one was best overall.
 
But from a personal experience he doesn'y like big resolutions, (rather weak Graphics card)

he stays working well under the 800x600 were as the Geforce likes resolutions alot higher,

Seems like you answered your own question...

The ATI 9250 should run faster.
