Installation of Content Failed....FTW!

Well, I'm all excited about the new maps for Halo 2, so I go and buy them for 4 bucks, (The whole time thinking 4 bucks for 2 maps and hours of fun isnt bad), well I go to download (AFTER I'VE ALREADY PAID MY 4 BUCKS!) and I get the following error message: "Installation of Content Failes. See www.xbox.com for more support information". So Im like well no big deal I can just go and find a solution. Well there is no solution, users of xbox live all over the world are having this error, and xbox.com doesnt have anything to help you with it. Even support said they were working on the problem and THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!! Shows what microsoft does for it's users huh?
 
Yeah, that site doesnt solve any problems, 1st off, if my credit card information needed to be updated, then why would they have still charged me the 4 bucks, and 2nd Everything in the dashboard has to be set to premium content download to even purchase the maps for Halo 2.
