internet is stuck on off

Hey, i spilled water on my keyboard a lil bit ago. so now only 5 keys on the laptop work. Im using an external keyboard to work my laptop....However, when my keypad stopped working the wifi key on it stayed stuck on off its the key where you press it and it lights up and turn internet on and off, but its stuck on off cus my keypads broke and the external keyboard wont activate it. Is there a way to turn this key on or activate the wifi.....perhaps using command prompt? or any other way...please note i do not have the money to get the keypad fixed, but i know command prompt can do a lot of things. is there a way to turn the wifi on seeing how i cant use my key pad on my laptop? thanks
 
You'll need to get a new keyboard for your laptop. That's the only way you'll get your wireless working again.
 
Not if it's enabled and disabled by a hotkey stroke via that specific keyboard.
