.ISO File

Hey guys recently my friend has backed up some .roms for me for a console system. (Which is legal to have one backup). And when he gave them to me the file was just a big .iso file. How can I go about opening up the .iso file and seeing all of the seperate files? Please help
 
normally for me, i could see .iso's with winrar. but if i know what it is, then i just burn them on dvd's with "dvd decrypter" which is a freeware.
 
go google DAEMON tools and download/install it. open it up once u down install/restart ur comp. click on set number of device, put it on one, usually 1 is enought in most case. now click on the vitrual cd/dvd drive and go to device# the #is the number of the device u previously set. click on mount image and select ur iso file usually in zip. and there u can now play the game with out using ur dvd drive. I personally hate using cd/dvd when playing game lol my previously cd drive die due to too many hours of game with cd. this way u will make ur cd/dvd drive last alot longer. I usually only use it when I burn disk.
